Today's first Storytellers layout comes to you from Mel Blackburn: Who, What...
For this layout, Mel is focusing on using questions to tell her story. She is asking the who, what, where, when, why... and found it to be a great easy prompt for her journaling!
She went digging for the perfect photo, and found this one from when she was one. She was shocked to find how much she resembled her daughters at that age.
Mel was influenced greatly by this month's moodboard when selecting her papers, and knew she wanted to find a way to bring in the floral element. She kept her colors bright and cheery and we think it works great with her story!

Today's second layout comes to you from Jill Sprott: Why
When creating this layout, Jill considered the fact that some stories are not always easy to tell, as is the case with her parent's divorce. It has been a continuing challenge for her to document her family's history, but ultimately important- as it has shaped the way she views the very idea of family.
We love Jill's bold use of the word "WHY" as her title. This was the question she found the most challenging to answer when tackling this week's assignment of journaling through questions, and became the focus of her page.
Jill also brilliantly stacks different patterned vellum papers to create a beautiful backdrop to a beautiful layout.
