We have had a busy start to the new year! In January we presented a change to our Content format and have been providing the scrapbooking community with new videos and layout inspiration! We decided this year we would tackle the reasons why we scrapbook, and thus each month we are using a theme that we feel is a Reason that people scrapbook. January was Family. A good chunk of scrapbookers say that they are creating scrapbooks in order to record their family's memories. To showcase their family's lives. Every project we presented in January was based on Family.
As always, you can find all of our new Garden Girl projects and inspiration in the Design Team Garden.
We also decided to tackle our format of presentation a little bit differently, with 4 different approaches. When we asked our Garden Girl design team how they approached their scrapbooking, what they loved about it, we came up with 4 ways in which they like to approach or record their memories. They like to create art, they like to capture the moments of their lives, they like to tell stories and use tools to do so, and they like to cature their daily lives. So we are approaching the month's theme in 4 different ways, in 4 different weeks.
Each week you get project videos on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We will provide layouts and other inspiration on Tuesday and Saturday. Each Saturday will include at least one Project Life Style spread to give you inspiration for wrapping up your week. Again, as always, you can find all of our new Garden Girl projects and inspiration in the Design Team Garden.
We also provided our team with a moodboard to use for this month. We love the wintery whites and neutrals with the cozy sweaters. Blues, reds and woodgrains help to bring this cozy winter moodboard all together.
We also released a few wood cards and flairs inspired by this winter moodboard as well. Snowflakes, fun fonts, script writing based on our new Garden Girl series and cozy sweater knits....
