Happy Saturday! We are excited to bring you THREE addtional layouts to this weeks Moments collection!
Our first layout is brought to you by Celine Navarro: CHERISH your loved ones.
My dad has been scanning a lot of our old family photos lately so I end up having lots of pictures of my sister and I, our parents when they were younger (my age now! gasp!), and I love it! I've got this idea in mind which is to scrapbook a whole album of these photos. I have no idea whether I'm going to keep up with the 12x12 format, or work on 8,5x11 layouts instead, or even make a mini book, but for this photo, I knew I would use Amy Tan's new line, Plus One. This colorful and happy line is perfect for this happy photo :)
I layered a 12x12 piece of vellum on top of my main background. that way, I keep the contrast of that cool paper, but soften it a bit. Then I layered 2 different patterned papers : the yellow one first, then honeycomb one.
I also used Dear Lizzy's brand new wood veneer 3x4 cards, that I embossed with blue Zing embossing powder.
For my title, Amy Tan's Plus One Word Thickers were just perfect to get that freestyle look!.

Our second layout comes to you from Stephanie Bryan: Project Life 2014
Capturing our everyday moments is why I keep falling in love with Project Life. I love that I have a book to hold little memories, sayings and special events.
This spread covers a few of the weeks in January. I'm not sticking to a “weekly approach” this year, so I just printed off some of my favorite photos and created this spread. There are so many special “moments” in this spread….our family photo shoot, a walk around the lake, love notes and my daughter's visit to her kindergarten school. I wanted to include more details about the visit to kindergarten, so I created a flip-up card with my photo.
I typed my journaling underneath using one of the journaling cards from the Two Peas shop. I love that there's a place to get my thoughts and feelings down about this moment in our lives.
Thanks so much for looking!

Our third layout for today is brought to you by Paige Evans: HELLO PURE JOY
This is one of my favorite photos. It is so typical “Fox & Jane”. Fox is being a scary monster and chasing Jane while she runs away from him and squeals and shrieks in delight. And then with Jane wearing a red hooded sweater, this shot totally looks like Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf! Fox/Wolf, same thing :) There isn't much else going on in the photo besides my kiddos in a dark garage, but I was able to use the moodboard color palette to bring it more to life and incorporated red, gray, woodgrain, cream, aqua, and blue. I love adding texture and shine with embellishments like sequins, buttons, and wood veneer shapes, and of course a dash of spray mist to draw the eye all around the page.
Since I used a white background I stitched with dark gray thread around the border to keep the layout “contained.” I love how the white Uniball Signo pen write perfectly on dark surfaces like the woodgrain paper I used here as a photo corner accent.

Thanks so much for looking guys! We hope you enjoyed these extra Saturday treats! Happy Weekend! Love, TwoPeas
