We announced we've added a handful of talented women to our Garden Girl Design Team. Over the next few days we will be taking some time to share more about them with you! Today? Get to know Elizabeth Kartchner.

About Me: You can call me Liz, Lizzy, or Elizabeth... it's all the same to me. Just not Lizardbreath. :)
When I am not chasing my kiddos, or doing those "mom" things that would make my 16 year old self laugh, you can find me at my scrap desk. Where I am scrapping or working on my newest Dear Lizzy line of
products released through American Crafts. This upcoming January 2013 I will release my sixth collection.
I've scrapbooked since I was a little girl and technically started my first album in 5th grade... and it's grand. Just in time to document boy crushes and soccer games. But I would have never pictured that I would get to do such great things with this incredible hobby... it's definitely so much more to me than paper and glue.
I also enjoy photography, fashion & being with my family. Escaping these snow covered mountains and traveling to the beach sounds reeeaally nice right about now too!
I am a mother to three girls & wife to my first date and best friend, Collin. There is also a baby growing in this belly of mine who is due this Spring. Did I mention that it's a boy? Yeah, I am pretty excited about that!
I would say my style: Simple & Layered
My top 5 papercrafting essentials: Patterned Paper, Thickers, Kraft Cardstock, Buttons, Silhouette. Give me those and I am a happy girl.
On any given day you might find me: Holding Lola on my hip, filling up her bottle, wiping crocodile tears from one of the girls cheeks, making lunch for the other... all while uploading a pic to Instagram.
My debut Garden layouts: This Year & Flew By

I'm so excited for all of the inspiration this coming year. Thank you so much! Take care. :)
