Love how easy it is to finish a mini album from an event in just under a couple hours with these Daybooks. I decorated the cover first using some glitter tape, washi tape, a bit and a sticker. Though I didn't actually get in on a plane for the show, I thought it was a good way to indicate that people had traveled west to attend. Grab your Daybook or mini album, a stack of pictures and let's create! Here is how my Make & Take came together:
I had the business cards sitting in the front pocket of the book, in a safe place.
Once I got the photos printed from Shutterfly, I started putting stuff together. I also had some Instax photos taken at CHA I wanted to include.
I added journaling to tell the overall story of the event.
Then I added embellishments, photos and stickers to the pages.
Washi tape is great for business cards that are double sided. I adhered along one edge so the card could still be flipped open.
Love how these knock out border punches from American Crafts can add a lot of interesting details.
Do these people look familiar?
I was able to put most of the business cards into the book, but some of the others just stayed in the front pocket.
Thanks for looking! - Amy
