Wilna's Creative Space

Hi Peas! Wilna here! Today I want to share with you my (relatively new) creative space. We moved into a new home last year September 

We moved into a new home last year September and this room was just perfect for a scrapbook studio/ office. I loved the wall paper and color and the hard wood floors.  A big plus was the walk-in closet just opposite this room where i store most of my scrapbook papers and stickers. Right now i am in the process of decluttering said closet and working on some organizing solutions that i will show you as soon as I am done.

The one thing that i got installed in my studio was a chandelier. To me, it makes the space mine! The closet you see in the first picture is mainly used for our home office: Files, stationary, school supplies and administrative stuff. The desk, chair, white book case and 2 chest of drawers is from Ikea. I don't think they still make the desk as many people have emailed me to ask. :( The dark chest of drawers i bought for $50 at a pawn shop. The only thing i did was give it a good polish and put a thick glass top on the surface. The little chubby organizer above my wide format printer is from Pottery Barn. Just last week i re-organized it to hold all of my mists and inks and punches. You can see more pictures of my space here.

Your studio is great! I was wondering about the doors to the bookcase - did you modify the lower portion to be solid rather than glass?
