One of my favorite approaches to presenting the journaling on layouts is to print the journaling directly onto label stickers, as in the layout below:
Since the surface of many stickers can be too glossy, I usually opt to print on matte label stickers, like the October Afternoon Sasparilla ones here.
First, I compose my journaling using a word processing program while also being mindful of the space available on the label itself, which I check by using a ruler. Then I print out my journaling, being sure to leave ample space between each section, so that there is room to adhere the labels.
Once I print out the journaling on a sheet of printer paper, I prepare to “place” the labels by drawing boundaries around each printed section.
This way I know exactly where to place the label, because I can better gauge where the text should begin and end.
After adhering the labels to the printed sheet, I run the entire sheet through the printer once more.
Then I remove the labels from the printed page and transfer them to my layout.
The same technique works with small scraps of paper and journaling cards. Easy, right? - Jill

Finally, thank you so much for this! I figured it was this way it was done. But do they really come of the paper that easily? :-0
